| Bio: | This is supposed to be a biography, but I am writing it as more of an ISO – but not just for romance. I have recently moved to the Bay area (a group house in Piedmont right now) to take over as research director of a small environmental/social justice organization. I would like to make some (more) bright, progressive friends (and maybe lover(s)), any race/ethnicity, who enjoy good conversation with emotional and intellectual depth. I am also looking for a progressive, caring, sex-positive community/group house to live in. I’m an activist/scholar, with wide-ranging interests including modern art, political theory, evolutionary ecology, game theory, Tantra & goddess- & nature- oriented spirituality & in the Hindu & Quaker non-violence traditions, hiking, bicycling, and relaxing in my hot tub (which is still in DC). A voracious reader of poetry & science, social sciences, science fiction, competent masseur, good listener and an avid cuddler. I am 6’4” & stoutish, not especially handsome, but with an interesting voice, expressive features, and nice hands. Sexually adventurous. Terrible at small talk, but pretty good at “big” talk -- i prefer to talk about deep feelings, deep ideas, & the things you really care about, even with people I do not yet know well.
